At Springs Pilates Studio, we offer thoughtfully guided Reformer Pilates classes designed to support every body and every stage of movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to exercise, or ready to deepen your practice, our classes are structured to help you move with greater strength, control, and confidence.
We believe Pilates is more than a workout; it’s a practice that builds awareness, improves posture, and creates balance between body and mind. Through intentional movement and precise guidance, we help you reconnect with your body, develop a strong and stable core, and move more freely in everyday life.
Our Reformer Pilates classes are suitable for all levels, with clear progressions that allow you to grow at your own pace. Each session is carefully programmed to be both supportive and challenging, ensuring you feel safe, encouraged, and empowered as you build strength and mobility.

Choose from private, duet, or group class options, with clear pricing to help you train in a way that works for you.
Duet sessions (2 per class)
Train together with a partner or friend. Personalised full-body or focused session.
R600 per class (R300 per person, if split)

If you’re a Discovery Vitality member, you’re welcome to book your sessions through the Discovery app.
We’ll assist with checking you in and out at the studio — simply notify us at the start and end of your session to ensure you earn your Vitality points.
I'm Kyla
Movement has always been my way of coming home to myself. After completing my yoga teacher training in India in 2019, I craved a deeper connection between breath, body, and mind.
But it was after giving birth to my son in 2022 that I found Reformer Pilates and with it, a whole new sense of strength and confidence.
Springs was born from that journey. As a single mom, building this space has been both healing and empowering.
My goal is to create a studio where movement feels joyful, safe, and deeply grounding. I believe strength doesn’t have to be loud, it can be intentional, supportive, and real.
